Who is Dragonfly Adventures a DMC Company?
Who is Dragonfly Adventures a DMC Company?They are one of the many different Companies or D.B.A’s owned by the DueNo Family, among them: Wizard Studios and Hacienda Carabali. Dragonfly currently operates the Tour Desk and the Transportation Department in both: the Gran Melia Resort and Rio Mar Beach Resort / A Wyndham Gran Resort. The owner is Yolanda followed by her “lap dog” or as they call him in the business 10% Carlos Lenni (do you want to know why they call him that??…I’ll tell you later…keep reading) and last but not least her son Alejandro ….. who is in charge of….I don’t think he even knows what is his position in the company; but he is the third in command. Now that you have a little background of the people in charge, let’s talk about the real reasons why I hate them....................so read on the blog.
Mr. Carlos Lenny
A message to Carlos Lenny Carlos Lenny you know very well that Dragonfly is going under ,everybody knows you are st#$## every cent you can from the company . The Question is ...when Dragonfly is no more what will you do? since you have such a horrendous reputation as a transportation manager & having humiliated so many people plus made so many enemies .....what will you do ? Professionally I only see you going to Florida & maybe work at Disney as a dishwasher or something hahah ...bye bye Lenny ! Loser!!!! jajaja
Attention: Hotel Managers , Group coordinators, Site inspectors & so on.
Some quick information on how they greet & transport your Passengers.
1. Dragonfly only owns one bus & they use it for internal shuttle at Rio Mar (when its not in the Mechanic).
2. Dragonfly uses a Mercedes as a sedan but those cars are not use in the industry that are not fit for passenger service. Very uncomfortable for passengers.
3. Mercedes Part 2. They are using their own family Mercedes (which is not authorized by the tourism company no permits ) to provide passenger service , in other words if there is an accident no insurance.
4. Dragonfly uses one greeter for both hotels that they serve (see Picture at the bottom post) & it looks real bad!
5. Dragonfly forces their tour guides to take your guest to their restaurants for Lunch or dinner after their tours are over. This is revenue that the hotel restaurants are losing!
6. In the Airport they have the Rio Mar & the Gran Melia passenger receiving booths one beside they other. (very confusing to guest as the same employee works both Stands.
7. Dragonfly Adventures is not authorized to provide tours in the Old City Forts in other words they just drive by ....what kind of tour is that? Just call the Park Service & Find Out .
8. Dragonfly Adventures is not Authorized to provide tours in the El Yunque Rain Forest. They have to relay on third party venders or subcontractors to provide it. Call the Rain Forest.

The Diaz Family have no idea about how to handle a LARGE scale business. They should stick with the horses at carabali (Yep, stick to the small business.) These cant be handled the same way, you know like making up your own rules and so...
They should stop lying to all the clients that visit our island because when s--t hits the fan it is the Puerto Ricans reputation that gets tarnished, not Dragonfly or Wizard or the Diaz family.
They should stop being such liars and so selfish.
Remember people, they are not "above the law" you can do something about it. Don't stay 'cause of the pay because you know they pay ain't no good either (LOL) And... you don't have to jump when they say jump, no one has any authority over what you establish. Don't let yourselves be taken for suckers.

sabes k esa gente no pagan a tiempo..y cuando facturas nunca te lo dan completo.
ni a los empleados de ellos les pagana tiempo,pero si exijen que tengamos agua,hielo,las guaguas limpias, y que estemos a tiempo en todo lugar,pobre empeados, que a veces les pagan tarde, y no pueden camiar su chequesito...triste pork hay que estar de tras de alejandro pa k firme los chekes..
no se si estan de acuerdo pero creo que nosotros los choferes somos las ALAS del dragofly...alejandro tu tambien lo sabes!!!!

ResponderEliminarLos explotan es correcto.....saben lo que ganan la mayoria de empleados que ellos tienen>?$6.55 la hora, sin beneficios,los tienen trbajando como servicios profecionales/.Es mas ellos dicen que estan sobre pagados,los empleados de ellos.jajaj

Dragonfly son los que estan haciendo ver a Puerto Rico como unos incompetetes.
Deberian retirarse de tratar de brindar servicios que no puedan cumplir y que por sus ineficiencias y falta de profesionalismo continuan con empleados que han hecho ver a nuesto pais como un lugar de prostitucion y pornografia donde salen a un tour y como ñapa tiene un "show gratis" en la guagua que le proveyo transporte.
Que verguenza para Puerto Rico y Shame on you for trying to defend them.
Parece ser que estas con ellos con el mismo proposito (por el dinero sea como sea y venga como venga).
Como decia el anuncio...."Que nos pasa Puerto Rico?"
