Like Letterman says…here are the TOP 10 REASONS WHY I HATE DRAGONFLY ADVENTURES:

(10) No employee Christmas bonuses

(9) After years of service, there are employees still waiting for the medical insurance.

(8) You could get fired for no apparent reason…right Alejandro?

(7) If you are part of a taxi stand in one of the Resorts…forget it, sell it my friend!!!

(6) The staff at the Airport has to meet & greet for both Resorts at the same time

(Imagine one passenger taken to the wrong Resort…oh GOD!!!)

(5) With the economy going downhill, they decided to raise their prices on all of their services through the roof!!!

(4) They only own one old medium size Mini bus ( and they say they own & operate a modern fleet!) THEY SUBCONTRACT THEM!.

(3) They are always saying new buses are coming, next week & the next but they never arrive!.

(2) They are not authorized by the Park service nor the Forest service to provide tours in Old City Forts & the Rain Forest.

(1) Carlos Lenni always asks for a 10% of your check (now you know why!)

    this is rertty much Gay, everyone in the industry is talking about it, i dont have anything against or in favor of them, they are just part of the competition., and everybody has their own way of doing things. Get good scrubs!!! PS: LA EVIDIA NO MATA, PERO TE MORTIFICA AJAJJJA

    Wow, Dude....get a life! Do you really think you're going to gain anything out of this? You're obviously an employee who was fired for a good reason or you would've taken a case up for labor law violations....You're very ignorant to the way things are done in this business...Anyway, thanks for the laugh - your pic is hysterical!

    I can't believe the ignorance of one individual who definitely has no skills or experience in the DMC Industry. You are probably one frustrated female or male hiding behind this stupid blog. Knowing the industry well, all DMC's here have flaws. GSI never pays the drivers, guides or commissions and as far as a fleet started the same way with one bus, one van after four years in business. Now they have two -three buses the rest belong to the El Con. Rico Sun Tours has a fleet they breaks down all the time - Cheap prices cheap service, cheap buses!

    Forget Beyond Performance with Robert La loca, forget about it. Travel Services with their nose up their asses, you have to see them at the airport, what a joke! They don't have transportation either. There is absolutely no one out there my friend that provides the perfect service. You my friend are absolutely inexperienced, immature and obviously jealous of the success of others and so are many others. Get with the program and burn your energies in something productive -FOOL!!! You're a joke.

    This is ridiculous! This blog was obviously created by someone who not only has NO experience inside the DMC business but also no real love for Puerto Rico. What exactly do you hope to gain from this? I myself am glad you created this blog because maybe, just maybe we will ALL finally stand TOGETHER and say ENOUGH!! ENOUGH mud slinging, enough name calling, enough insulting each other! We have NOTHING to gain from any of that. Lets work TOGETHER to ensure a future for Puerto Rico! Lets all realize that our REAL competion is NOT with each other but with other islands, contries and destinations. Que nos pasa Puerto Rico!!!! Do we really think this pettiness is going to take us anywhere! We are know as a fun loving people,full of good humour and mirth. Where is this reflected in this blog!?? This blog reeks of jealously and pettiness. Is this what we want to be known for? Is this the future that awaits the ISLAND OF ENCHANTMENT! Just really read that phrase - island of enchantment - is anything in this blog enchanting? Do you really think this does not reflect on our island? Do you really think no one can read through this? What did you hope to accomplish from this except make EVERYONE in our industry look bad. You are losing business for ALL of us.

    As for the rest of us, WHAT ARE WE DOING!?! What are we doing to the island and each other. Even these comments on the blogs however well intentioned sling mud at other companies. Companies that have proven themselves in the past just as Dragonfly has. Companies that have hard working individuals behind them just as Dragonlfy has. When did this become so personal that we had to insult each other to get ahead. When did it REALLY become so cut throat here. If we work TOGETHER to put PUERTO RICO ahead there would be more business for all of us. Lets focus on getting the business to the island! Lets focus on making Puerto Rico the destination of choice! This way we can ensure a better tomorrow for all of us.

    We dont have to love each other but we do have to work together. I hope this does some good! I really hope we can go back to how it used to be - there has always been competition here but it has NEVER been so personal. It always used to be good natured.

    I implore all of you who read this blog to write something POSITIVE about EVERY DMC who operates on the island. Know that you DO have a power to make a change! You do have the power to influence the industry, to influence the decisions of meeting planners...you have the influence to steer people TOWARDS Puerto Rico. Start now!

    que dicen del 19% que ellos sobre caran al huespedes,esas pillerias son las que ban a hullentar a los huespedes de estas propiedades,
    que hacen con ese dinero? que le dicena los huespedes que son cargos de servicios,taxes y propinas?,,,queeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...que propina..........

    Mr Colombani, this is obviously a PERSONAL situation that you have with this company. Please, wash your dirty clothes in the laundry and STOP minimizing Puerto Rico's travel industry. They are doing way much better than you are since they are trying to stay afloat! Get a life, move on, start your own business, stop crying over spill water and be a man! Stop whining exterminator man!
